Usui Sensei himself did a form of distant Reiju/attunements. His original Reiju was done transmitting the energy/power via thought/intention alone. He accessed a tremendous amount of energy and could send it without the need of any dance...

- Sorta like a Reiki package "Drop Ship" <grin>. On another channel there was a mention of "Reiki Balloon" treatment where as I got the explanation, one intends/imagines/visualizes a balloon filling with Reiki and sending this on to the recipient upon which they may draw as they and/or their higher self see fit. I've tried using this concept of "Time-Release Reiki." Amusing as that seems it does have a certain ring to it, ay? So far it also seems to perform as a valid modality in the late pre-future.
