Hot Tepin Coffee
1 cup of tepins
3 tablespoons of columbian coffee
perk and have company over!!!!

This is primarily for barbecues, but it works as well with fish as it does with chicken or beef.
You simply mix soy sauce and lime juice to taste, then crush one of the peppers I'll describe below in the sauce. Swirl it around a bit, and you're done.
The peppers, which I haven't found here yet, are between 1/2 to 3/4" long, and are pale yellow or pale green. They don't have much flavor, but there's a considerable amount of heat.
This recipe does well when used on teriyaki-marinated meats.
